Who We Are

At the Community Initiative for Children at Risk (CICR), we are dedicated to transforming the lives of underprivileged children in Uganda. Since our founding in 2018, we have provided safe shelters, educational opportunities, and life-changing programs to help vulnerable children overcome adversity and build brighter futures.

Our mission is simple yet profound: to address the socio-economic challenges that young people face, empowering them to achieve their dreams. Through our comprehensive approach, we offer more than just immediate relief—we provide the tools, resources, and support needed for long-term success.

Under the guidance of our coaches, he developed his skills and discipline, earning a spot at our Annual Football Camp. Reagan’s talent caught the attention of scouts, and he was offered a scholarship at a prestigious secondary school. Today, Reagan is a rising star in the Uganda Premier League, with aspirations to play internationally."
